Do I need to have my photos ready to sign up?
No need to have your photos ready to place an order. When you sign up, we’ll give you a photo submission deadline - and it’s fine to delay until the following month if you need more time.
What’s a reasonable number of photos to send?
You can send up to 1,000 photos - but fewer is absolutely fine. Some people send just 40. Most send hundreds.
If you have a large collection of more than 1000, we recommend narrowing the scope: a year, a trip, a chapter. You'll get a stronger story with clearer emotional shape.
How do I transfer my photos?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an email with a secure link to upload your photos. It works smoothly on both phones and laptops, and supports iPhone, Android, Mac or Windows

Can I collaborate with friends and family?
Yes! Every order includes a unique upload link you can share with friends and family.
It’s ideal for group events - like weddings, holidays or just shared life moments.
Can you do all 30,000 of mine?
We’ve been asked this - and yes, we offer bespoke commissions for large archives.
If you’re sitting on tens of thousands of images, we can curate them into a series of meaningful, story-led collections. This is a premium, custom service designed for people who want to make sense of a lifetime of photos - or simply want expert curation at scale.
We’re currently working on a 40-collection commission for one client, each box representing a different chapter.

What does £90 cover?
£90 covers everything you need to go from photo overload to a meaningful, printed story:
– Reviewing and refining your photo set
– Editing your final 20 for print
– Printing on museum-grade fine art paper with archival inks
– A bespoke storage box for your small prints
– Digital gallery access for a year
– Signed For First Class delivery (UK)
What are the ownership rights once edited?
You always own your photos. We never share them without your permission.
20 Photos is a privacy-first service - your prints are yours and they stay that way.
Very occasionally, with explicit consent, we share a few finished prints on our social channels to showcase the kind of stories we help tell. If you'd ever like to be part of that, we’ll ask you directly - and you can choose exactly what (if anything) you're comfortable sharing.
There’s no pressure, and no assumptions. Most collections remain entirely private.
What size will the prints be?
– Small prints: 12cm x 8cm (plus a small border). Designed to fit in your hand, with rich detail. Stored in a custom archival box.
– Collage print: A2 size (56 x 37cm), featuring all 20 curated photos.
– Solo print: A4 (26 x 17.3cm), ready to frame. You can order with or without a frame.
- 5”x7” prints are exactly as they state (13cm x 18cm)
How long does it take from order to delivery?
After you upload your photos, we’ll begin the review process. Depending on current order volume, you’ll receive your final prints in around 2–3 weeks. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
