These terms apply when you use the 20 Photos website or buy curation, print, subscription or gift services from us. Please read them before placing an order.

20 Photos is operated by Life Curated Ltd, registered in Scotland under company number SC756550.

Your order is an offer to buy the services shown at checkout. We will confirm by email when we accept it. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Please check the items, quantities, delivery information and contact details before paying.

Our curation service uses the photographs and context you provide to prepare a considered shortlist. You remain responsible for the final choices you approve. Curation is interpretive, so individual creative decisions may vary.

Any estimated turnaround time begins once we have received the photographs and information needed to start the work.

You retain ownership of your photographs. You give us permission to store, review, edit and reproduce them only as needed to provide the services you request.

You must have permission to supply the photographs and to ask us to work with or print them. Please do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price payable is the total shown at checkout when you place the order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your complete card details.

If you choose an ongoing plan, the price and billing cadence will be shown before you subscribe. Payment is taken automatically at the agreed interval until the plan is cancelled.

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the available account or billing controls, or by emailing hello@20.photos. Cancellation does not reverse work already completed or underway.

Gift and account credits can be used for the service described when purchased. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be resold.

You are responsible for checking recipient details and any requested delivery date before completing a gift purchase.

Printed products are prepared from the photographs you approve. Screens display colour and brightness differently, so a finished print may not exactly match its appearance on a particular device.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If an order arrives damaged or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can put it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Your cancellation rights can depend on whether personalised work has begun or a made-to-order print has entered production.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website when necessary. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce their effect.

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. We provide our services for personal use and are not responsible for business losses arising from their use.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. The version that applies to an order is the version available when that order is placed.

These terms are governed by Scottish law. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
